Support our Vision

PaintworksEarly 2019 will see the Royal Photographic Society open its exciting new building in Bristol, one of the the UK's leading creative and digital centres.

Spread over four floors the building will transform the Society's public presence and revitalise its historic role in educating member of the public, promoting the highest standards of photography, and encouraging the public appreciation of photography.

The building will provide a changing programme of exhibitions of photography from across the world, from all genres; it will host public talks, lectures, film screenings and symposia in a 102-seater auditorium fitted out to the best audio and projection standards; and its education and resource centre will offer an education programme for all ages, from children, to students and adults.

The Society is excited about the future and we would like you to help us realise this.

How can you help?
Generous legacies from Society members and the Society's own resources have allowed it to purchase and commence the fit out of the building. We would like your help to ensure that we furnish the auditorium, the gallery and education and resource centre to the highest standards.

We have two schemes which will allow you to lend your support:

  • Name a seat in the auditorium. Recognise a loved one, a company, an organisation, or yourself
  • Name a step, and commemorate an individual, company or organisation in a way that will be seen by everyone using the building's stairwell

In addition, we have other significant sponsorship opportunities, with naming rights, for several areas of the building, including the gallery, auditorium and education centre. Please email: director@rps.org.

To lend your support please download the brochure here, complete and return the form to the Society, or set up a call.
