The Archaeology and Heritage Group are organising a visit to Lichfield Cathedral. This venue has a rich history, reflected in its architecture and treasures. As a place of great beauty, it continues to inspire and encourage all who visit it as tourists, pilgrims or worshippers.

We will meet just outside the Cathedral entrance at 10.00 for 10.30. Please indicate your interest to the Event Organiser, Ken Keen (details below). Only 12 vacancies available.

Entry is Free and no permit is required for photography. Note that donations would be welcomed, payable directly to the cathedral. Toilets and a cafeteria are available on site. Please not there is no parking in The Close. The nearest carparks are Lombard Street and Bird Street. There are disabled spaces opposite the Book and Gift Shop at No.9 The Close.
