This day will be ideal for improving your long-exposure skills at various interesting locations along the Lancashire coast.

To get the most out of the day you will need to bring:

  • tripod
  • ND graduated filters
  • 6- or 10-stop ND filter
  • wellies!  (If you only have walking boots these will be better than nothing but they may be limiting if you don't want to get your feet wet).
  • packed lunch and a flask of hot drink as nearby cafes may not be open

You are welcome to attend if you don't have any filters and you wish to take "ordinary" seascapes.

Participants travelling by car are advised to park at the Central Coach and Car Park, New Bonny St, Blackpool, FY1 5PZ.

If you wish to arrive by public transport, please contact the organiser in well in advance.  If you do not, there is no guarantee that there will be sufficient transport for you between locations.

All participants should meet at the entrance to Blackpool Central Pier at FY1 5BB.
