Morning:  The Experience of Creating Images
In Vanda's first talk she will focus on photography as a journey and experience of connecting with the surrounding world. Appreciating and making the most of whatever place, time and location you are in. Finding the extraordinary beauty that exists within everyday things, and looking beyond the obvious.

Afternoon: Time to Stand and Stare
In her second presentation Vanda will talk about using photography as a way to be fully present and able to see and experience the world with fresh eyes. With an emphasis on the importance of seizing the moment and re-awakening the sense of wonder, illustrating her thoughts with images from personal projects.

Biography: Vanda Ralevska is a photographer based in London. Passionate about capturing the world we live in with her camera, she is always searching for those fleeting moments of magic that transform it into something extraordinary. Finding inspiration in the sea and its infinite power and uncontrollable energy, in quieter scenes and intimate details that abound in nature.
In her images she strives to reflect the atmosphere, feeling, and sheer wonderment that our natural world can evoke within us. For Vanda, photography is more than just a recording of where she has been. It is about encompassing the whole experience of being in the outdoors, and trying to capture that one special moment that leaves a lasting impression on us.

Vanda's images and articles have been published in magazines, exhibited in the UK and abroad and have received awards in international competitions. She is a member of the Arena Photographers group, gives talks at camera clubs and has lectured abroad.
