Ben has said that if anyone would like to bring up to 5 of their favourite images, there may be time for him to look at them and critique them for you, this purely depends if there is time availableand how many people bring images, images could be prints or a memory stick with digital files.

Ben Cherry has agreed to come to give us a day of talks showing his work and his techniques he uses to capture his stunning images.

Details below of his work

"Ben Cherry is an award winning environmental photojournalist specialising in human - wildlife interactions. He has worked as a researcher with scarlet macaws in Costa Rica and has also been involved in various conservation projects, including the Flight of The Swans project by the Wildfowl Wetlands Trust which made international headlines last year. Ben runs RPS workshops with Amersham Studios ( and has held talks at various venues, from Wildlife Trusts to The University of Sheffield, where he graduated in Zoology. Last year Ben won the RPS Weather Photographer of the Year Adult category (lightning image included in selection). Come along and hear how Ben crafts stories through photography to share often complex environmental situations"
