The field trip offers two days of photography on Saturday & Sunday 26-27 October 2019, plus an option of meeting the Friday evening before.

Proposed itinerary:

Saturday : Marloes Sands; Little Haven; Wooltack Point

Sunday : Solva (a picture postcard inlet with boats); Mathry (a hilltop village); Prescelli Hills; Cwm Gwaun

Please note that the itinerary is subject to change and will be finalised before/during the trip, as it depends upon the weather forecast. Alternative locations my need to be agreed in the event of poor weather.

Maximum participants : 8

Meals : Lunch can be either at a local pub close to the route, or you are very welcome to bring a packed lunch.

Clothing and equipment : Waterproof jacket (and trousers if available), warm clothing (hat, scarf and gloves may be needed), walking boots.

Challenges and accessibility : We will go from the Wales Coast Path down to the beaches. These descents (and ascents) are not challenging, but are not suitable for people with impaired mobility.

Toilet facilities : Pembrokeshire is well geared to visitors, but you may need to find the nearest bush on occasions.

Other costs :A National Trust card will prove useful for car parking. By sharing cars and finding out-of-season free parking, we will minimise the cost.
