Using silver screen 3D projection, David G Burder FRPS (Past President of The Stereoscopic Society), one of the most experienced professional 3D photographers in this country, will present a history of stereoscopic photography from Queen Victoria to the present day. This illustrated talk will be introduced by Dr Michael Pritchard, Director-General of the Royal Photographic Society, and it  will feature an array of photos of famous artists captured in their studios alongside 3D imaging of the Mona Lisa and several famous paintings by Matisse, Picasso, Dali, and Chagall.

The evening complements the Holburne Museum's current exhibition, Stereoscopic photographs of Pablo Picasso by Robert Mouzillat.  David will also project a collection of the last ever 3D photographs taken of Robert Mouzillat.
