For Consideration

When planning a presentation layout for a digital format submission, there are a few important elements that should be taken into consideration.

1. The maximum pixel size is 3840px wide x 2160px height. (the maximum size of a square image would be 2160px x 2160px)

2. A 3840px by 2160px image is displayed at approximately 12ft x 6ft (3.75m x 2.04m)

3. The lights are turned off during the presentation of the Submission.

4. The images are viewed one at a time for 7 seconds each in numerical order.

5. The images are displayed with a black background.

6. All submissions are viewed twice.

7. The software used for displaying the submissions is ACDSee Photo studio Professional

8. The projector is a Canon XEED 4K600STZ↗ and the lumens is 4,560

Presentation Layout Templates

Please read before using the templates

These are editable PDF documents. They are compatible with both Mac & PC; we recommend ensuring that you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installed on your computer (Adobe Reader is free to install and use).

Please ensure you download your chosen template to your computer as you're are unable to use them within your web browser.

1) Before adding your images to the PDF, first collate your final selection of images and save thumbnails of each (we advise using small file sizes were possible, for example 1400 x 1050, 72ppi, .jpg).

2) Open the PDF and add your thumbnails to it by clicking on the picture boxes above each number.

3) When you are happy with your portfolio and have filled in all the required information on the page, either “Save As” or “Print” your completed Presentation layout.

Please Note: These PDFs are not compatible with mobile or tablet devices.

We welcome use of your own Presentation layout. Use of these templates is not mandatory.

If you'd like to use your own layout design, we request that you create your own Presentation layout with thumbnails of your images so we are aware of how you'd like your photographs displayed for assessment.
