Eponymous London

29 March 2014

Region: London

Geoff Nicholson’s latest suggestion for Bleeding London is to ‘photograph a street, the name of which bears some relation to you own name, first or last.  There’s a Nicholson Street in Blackfriars and a Barrett Street in Marylebone’.

And if you can’t find a street relating to your own name, why not try and find someone famous?  Did you know that there’s a Bobby Moore Way in N10 and a Bob Marley Way in SE24?  And that Nelson Mandela House is not simply a fictional abode in Only Fools and Horses, but a real place in N16.
