The Fire of 66

05 September 2014

Region: London

448 years ago, the great fire of London was finally doused.  In celebration of this, we’re looking for fire related subjects in Bleeding London today.

There are 102 fire stations in the capital, lots of ex-fire stations, thousands of hydrants and extinguishers and plenty of firemen and fire-engines, as well as a sprinkling of streets.

We already have NW3 Firecrest Drive and SE1 Fire Station Square, but we’re offering bonus points for the other streets with “Fire” in the title and double points if they’re in the suburbs.  We’re also offering bonus points for images of the monument in Pudding Lane. (BPCC 0509)
