The bodies of three young climbers who died of exposure after being trapped 3,800ft. up on the snow covered slopes of Ben Nevis (4,406ft.) on Christmas Eve were recovered today. A fourth man, having apparently begun the descent alone, fell over a cliff and searchers saw his body, although they were unable to reach him...

Those who died were Michael Hornby; Frank Weirden; Ivor Sumnor; and Godfrey Ernest Bond.
Hornby and Bond were aged 19 and Weirden and Sumner aged 20.
