Event info

Simon Roberts HonFRPS

One of Britain’s foremost Contemporary photographers, Simon Roberts HonFRPS, whose work deals with our relationship to landscape and notions of identity and belonging. This image is from his first book, Motherland, and shows ‘Polyarnye Nochi’ meaning polar nights.

One of his current projects concerns the disappearance of ancient broadleaved woodland, with much of it cleared for housing schemes, quarries, golf courses and major infrastructure schemes such as HS2.

Join us on Thursday 22 October at 18.50:00 BST for a fascinating live conversation.
