Event info

The Landscape Group has secured a limited number of places for an early morning shoot at the Stonehenge stones.

Access to Stonehenge is usually limited to normal office hours and visitors must remain outside a perimeter cordon. This shoot will take place at dawn and participants will be able to gain access to the stones. With a maximum number of 30 visitors, this promises to be an ideal and rare opportunity for some great photography!

Special conditions : we will need to fit tennis balls to our tripod legs in order to protect the heritage site. The tennis balls will be supplied on arrival.

Meals : There are no meal facilities at the Stonehenge Visitor Centre until it opens to the general public at 09:30. English Heritage does not permit visitors to bring their own food or drink onto the monument.

Clothing and equipment : Waterproof jacket (and trousers if available), warm winter clothing (hat, scarf and gloves will be needed), good walking boots or wellingtons.

Challenges and accessibility : As this is an outdoor attraction open to the elements, the ground can get very muddy, particularly in wet weather.

Toilet facilities : Toilet facilities will be open at the Visitor Centre before and after the photoshoot.

Other costs : Parking charges will not apply for the duration of the field trip.

An Information Pack with further details of the field trip will be sent to you when you book.
