Buxton Heath, Norfolk
Event info
We will spend the day exploring the heathland in search of butterflies, dragonflies and flowers.
Buxton Heath is one of the best remaining examples of heathland in Norfolk. Many rare plants and invertebrates can be found, as well as breeding nightjar and woodlark. The site is excellent for butterflies including the silver- studded blue, purple hairstreak and white admiral.
