AGM, Members day & SE Region annual photographic competition

RPS South East Region  AGM (Only RPS members can attend this part of the day)

Sadly both our Sussex and Surrey area Reps Paul Connor and Martin Gandy are stepping down as committee members.

They have been a stalwart members for several years initiating and leading events and advisories, they will be sorely missed.

We need nominations for theirs and other posts although I believe that all other existing members are standing again.

Nominations must be received in writing by 9^th of February 2020.

Items for the agenda must be received by the 22^nd of January for circulation to all members on the 2^nd of February. No questions or additional items will be accepted after that date. This is in order that due and proper consideration can be give to any questions. Some questions may be answered in writing.

Members presentations

 Starting at 11am there will be a number of 20 minute presentations from members around the region on their chosen subject.

If you would like to give such a presentation on your chosen subject please contact me ASAP. You can use projected images or prints. You must be willing to use a head mic. Presentations from both Ladies and Gentlemen will be welcome.

Lunch will be from 12.30 for 45 minutes.

Member's photographic competition.

All members of the South East Region are invited to bring along their two favourite images printed and preferably mounted not more than 40x50cm in size.

These will be judged during the day and for the last 45 minutes the Judge will give a critique of his/her favorite images. S/he will then award 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd prize certificates and medals to the winners.

The images can be of any subject in Monochrome or Colour.

Disabled facilities are available but please notify us to ensure parking.

Bar meals will be available at modest price but they must be booked on arrival.

You may bring your own packed lunch but drinks must be purchased on site.

Tea and coffee will be available for £1.00 per cup.

Parking is available on site.
