OUR EVENTS ARE OPEN TO ALL
You don't have to be a member of either the RPS or the Digital Imaging Group to attend our events - anyone can come, but there are benefits in being an RPS or DI Group member.

Parking in the small Hall car park is for speakers and judges, and anyone bringing equipment for an event. The Hall has two ‘Disabled’ parking bays with sloped wheelchair access to the ground floor venue. Others should park in zones A and B of the Morrisons car park adjacent. Drive past Emmview Close and Morrisons, then turn immediately left into Fernlea Drive, and look for parking zones A and B. Walk back through Morrisons car park zones C and D to get to the Hall.
Our Announcers and Presenters use radio microphones and a PA system at our events.
REFRESHMENTS AND LUNCH
Free tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day. We suggest you bring a pack lunch, or you can purchase sandwiches etc at Morrisons Supermarket next door. There is a cash machine at Morrisons.
We open the doors at 10.00am, to allow time to check-in, have some refreshment, and be ready to start the formal presentations at 10:30am. There is a mid-morning break, and a break for lunch. The day's proceedings finish by 3.30pm, to allow us time to clear up and pack away our equipment by 4.00pm.
In order to allow us to set up our equipment in a safe and orderly way, we ask you to remain in the foyer or outside the building until 10.00am unless you are a designated helper. Thank you for your understanding.
