DIG Western Committee

Centre Organiser & Webmaster: Sheila Haycox ARPS MPAGB EFIAP

Having shown an interest in Photography, in 1986 Sheila decided to take the plunge and joined Exmouth Photo Group.  She started her photography with slides, then went on to having her own darkroom but in the early 90’s went over to digital photography.  She joined the RPS in 2010 and gained her ARPS in both prints and audio visual.   Not being enough she then went on to getting other distinctions elsewhere, namely an EFIAP and MPAGB/ in AV and received many awards over the years.

Exmouth Photo Group awarded Sheila Honorary Membership having been their Secretary for 18 years, Chairman for 3 and now their webmaster.  A keen photographer who enjoys all genres of photography and her main enjoyment is giving presentations with her prints and audio visuals to clubs and Associations far and wide.  Sheila has also had many years of judging experience.

Sheila took over the task of not only the Centre Organiser for DIG Western but also became their Webmaster.

In 1966 I was a founder member of the Tiverton Heathcoat Photographic club and still attend as their President For some thirty years I ran my own business but now retired joined the RPS some years ago then had a break in membership and re-joined five years ago and became the treasurer for DIG Western.
