RPS Landscape Group Project, Close to Home

 

Background – We bought a bungalow called ‘San Raphael’ in 2021. We renovated it and changed the name to ‘Kinniside view’ All these images are taken from my front door of the view we have looking towards the fells and the parish of ‘Kinniside’ Hence the bungalow & project name.

 

I have the good fortune to look at this view out of our living room window & porch, I am able to take advantage of the changing weather & light. Regularly grabbing my camera to snap the changing conditions. Entirely shot using a 100-400mm telephoto handheld from the front door. The only real difficulty I had was the hedge across the road grew over the summer (can be seen in Part 2  No 3) Until the farmer cut it in the autumn.
