Please download the appropriate booking form for your chosen assessment and return the completed version to distinctions@rps.org OR post it to:

Once we have received the completed booking form a confirmation email will be sent to you. This will contain further important information regarding the next stages of your application to help you through the submission process. It will contain an additional Submission Details Form which you must complete and include with your final Submission.
