Remember to register for the Annual General Meeting of the Royal Photographic Society
The Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on Saturday, 21 September 2024, at 10:00 a.m. BST.
The meeting will be held online. To join the AGM, please register by clicking the button below using your name and the email address you have registered with RPS by 12 pm BST Friday 20 September 2024.
Membership will be verified, and a link to join the online meeting will be sent to you prior to the event.
Trustees understand that some Members may be unable to attend, in such cases under By-Law 28.14, we offer you the option to exercise your right to contribute to the governance of the Society by appointing the Chair of the meeting – the President – to act as your proxy.
Appoint the President as your proxy by sending an email, including your name and membership number to proxy@rps.org, to arrive no later than 12pm BST on Friday 20 September 2024.
Any questions concerning the Annual Report & Accounts 2023 must be sent in advance to agm@rps.org to be received no later than 5:00pm on Thursday 12 September 2024. Additional questions on other aspects of RPS operations may be submitted via the Zoom webinar during the call. Due to time constraints we cannot guarantee all these will be answered during the AGM.
