The Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on Saturday, 20 September 2025, at 10:00 a.m. BST.  

The Board of Trustees (Council) of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain hereby gives Notice (By-Law 2025:26.2) of the Annual General Meeting 2025 to be held on Saturday 20 September 2025 at 10:00 BST. The meeting will be held online (By-Law 2025:28.3).

The Ordinary business of the meeting (By-Law 2025:26.3) shall be to consider and, if thought fit, to approve the audited accounts and balance sheet and the reports of the Board of Trustees and of the auditors; to appoint the Society's auditors and to fix their remuneration; and to announce the appointment of the Honorary Treasurer and Appointed Trustees. All other Agenda items shall be deemed Special business (By-Law 2025:26.4).

The agenda and papers for the meeting are available to download. To attend the AGM, you will need to register on or before 12 September 2025, 17:00 BST.

Any Member unable to attend the AGM may give their apologies and confirm nomination of their proxy by email to proxy@rps.org. Proxy shall be held by the President as Chair of the meeting (By-Law 2025:28.14). To be valid, apologies and nomination must be received on or before 12 September 2025, 17:00 BST.
