RPS Extraordinary General Meeting to vote on Proposed changes to the By Laws

The Board of Trustees has proposed a Motion to extend Simon Hill's term as President for two more years. The Motion has the support of the Board of Trustees, the Nominations Committee and the Executive Team.

 In accordance with our By-Laws this Motion will be voted on by Members at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Thursday 24 April 2025, 7:00 pm (BST), to be held online using Zoom.

Members must register to attend the EGM by noon (BST) on Thursday 24 April 2025.

Unable to attend? Register your vote by email before Tuesday 22 April 2025, 5.00pm (BST)

To register your vote you must send an email, including your name and membership number to proxy@rps.org, to arrive no later than Tuesday 22 April 2025, 5:00pm (BST). All email votes will be administered by Mathew Lodge LRPS who has agreed to facilitate the voting process on behalf of the Chair of the meeting. If you indicate whether you are for or against the motion, we will ensure your vote is recorded accordingly.
