I first met photographer Shy Burhan when we were both exhibiting at the great Artists Trail in Saltaire, Bradford.
I was showing the first Park Hill project and Shy had traveled the country documenting cafes where you ate what you wanted and paid what you wanted to raise money for charity, a great concept, Shy's images were superb......
I invited her along to meet us all at Whatton and she gave us a great talk, she was bowled over when told her who else was talking that day, do you recognise him?
When Shy returns to us, this time via zoom I will be fascinated to discover what she will talk about, because since then she has done all sorts of projects including some which have been Art Council funded.
