RPS London – Urban Challenge and Virtual Walk

Welcome to another London Region Virtual Walk!

1. Photography: 6th December 2020 to 31st January 2021
2. Virtual Walk: Saturday 6th February - 2.00 - 4.0pm

Here are the details!

As before, we have a theme, in this case Urban. Urban includes suburban, but not rural. The expectation is that there should be clear evidence of an urban environment in the content of the image.

Whilst there is bound to be crossover with other genres (eg street, cityscapes, etc)  "bugs on sticks", rural landscapes, or deer in Richmond Park (however well photographed) are not urban, but a photograph of a wild fox scavenging for his dinner in a wheelie bin on a WC1 street may well be.

Submit five images, not restricted to London or inside the M25, or even the UK.  Images may be manipulated, double-exposure etc. but please stay on topic!

The event is limited to 20 photographers and 10 observers, so please sign up early to be sure of a place.
