NOTE – most of these car parks [with the exception of the ones at Leuchars Station] are limited to 2 hours maximum stay, although Argylle St does an 8 hour session. Long stay parking is also available at West Sands [past the R&A Building at the Old Course]. This is free but does mean a longish walk in to town.

East Sands and Pier – poss best done early as the sunlight should still be on the castle and Cathedral

West Port – likely to be busy so photography opportunities may be limited, but street andpeople and necks and crannies abound.

St Salvator’s Chapel – may be accessible but is used for weddings and other events.The quad outside may also provide some opportunities.

West Sands – aside from the beach itself there is often Kite surfing and sand-yachting towards the northern end of the beach. Further yet, there is access to the Eden Estuary
