Bella Kotak is a fine art, fashion and portrait photographer living and working in between the US and the UK.
An art lover from a young age she always knew that she would work within the creative industry.
Photography changed her life when she picked up a camera and from that moment she was hooked by this medium that translates thoughts and imagination into tangible form.
Inspired by fairytales and nature, Bella's storytelling pictures lift the veil of the overlooked and reminds us that there's
magic in the most ordinary of spaces and beauty in every face.
Her work has been featured in exhibitions in New York, London, and Paris.
The Peacock and the Crane - We came across Aesop’s tale of the peacock and the crane and felt like it was the perfect story that we could use to create art that combined the beauty of our two cultures.
The Enchanted Garden -This is a little story about two sisters who discovered a curious looking chest in their old house. The older girl excitedly convinces her little sister that they should open it and see what wonders lay inside!
Tolkien in the Woods - Living in Oxford, England, the same city that inspired Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, I've always felt an affinity with the world around me. Walking in the woods, under tall trees and winding branches that inspired the Ents, and the rolling landscape of green grass with little thatched roof cottages reminding me of the hobbit's Shire. A world of magic created in the world I walk in.
