RPS Scotland is holding their Annual General Meeting for 2024 as a hybrid event at the Stirling Court Hotel on the Stirling University campus on the 7th April 2024 at 12.30. It is expected that the meeting will last up to 30 minutes. The agenda will be published in March,  and questions or comments to the Committee must be submitted by 12 noon on the 5th April, and no ad-hoc questions will be allowed on the day itself.

Entry to the AGM is bookable as part of the RPS Scotland PhotoFest 24 Sunday ticket. If you are showing a recent Distinction there is no cost for this. If you are not showing a Distinction then the cost is £40. The RPS Scotland PhotoFest 24 Sunday ticket includes a talk from Mick Durham FRPS, the RPS Scotland members’ Distinctions presentations, the Annual Exhibition selection session, coffee / tea / biscuits in the morning and afternoon, and a full hot lunch, and these tickets can be booked here:

RPS Scotland Annual Exhibition Selection 07.04.24 14.00

RPS Scotland is holding it’s Annual Exhibition selection at the Stirling Court Hotel on the Stirling University Campus on the 7th April between 14.00 - 17.00. The aims of this Annual Exhibition are to promote quality photography by the members of RPS Scotland, and to choose 40 printed images that reflect the breadth of work undertaken by the members of RPS Scotland.

This year there are a news set of entry requirements for all potential exhibitors, and these should be read HERE before entering your images. Your entry can consist of up to two images, following the entry requirements detailed in the link above.

Every member who enters an image, as per those entry requirements, will have one image chosen to be in the online exhibition which will be available on our website, and published as widely as we can within and without the RPS. The physical exhibition is restricted to 40 printed images.

There are three options for entering your printed images.

1. You have a day ticket for the RPS Scotland PhotoFest 24 Sunday, and you want to also enter printed images into the Annual Exhibition selection process. This costs £5, and can be booked here HERE
2. If you do not have a day ticket for the RPS Scotland PhotoFest 24 Sunday, but you want to attend the Annual Exhibition Selection process. This costs £10, and includes your £5 entry fee for the Annual Exhibition Selection process, and allows access from 14.00 to the appropriate RPS Scotland rooms at the Stirling Court Hotel on the Stirling University Campus, and a £5 fee towards the venue hire, which also includes tea / coffee and biscuits in the afternoon, and this can be booked HERE
3. You are not attending the RPS Scotland PhotoFest 24 Sunday, but have given your images to another member to hand in for you, or have at your own expense arranged postal / courier delivery to the Secretary of RPS Scotland (scotlandsec@rps.org). This costs £5, and can be booked here HERE.
