Over the past few months we have been working with Sharp Shots Photo Club to encourage and inspire young people to pick up their devices, record the world around them and share their personal experience of lockdown.
It has been a fantastic success and it was incredible to see the depth and variety of images we received.
We are therefore very excited to be supporting Sharp Shots Photo Club in delivering their workshops and courses. We have some great projects in the pipeline which we hope will inspire the next generation of photographers. For further information on the courses and workshops click here.
Sharp Shots has some brilliant courses and online photography workshops for young people between the ages of 7 – 15 yrs. The tutors are professional photographers with university degrees in photography. The online photography courses have been carefully crafted from the tutors’ collective experience teaching young people in the classroom and in outdoor workshops.
Sharp Shots is also supported by the Nikon School and partners with landmark venues including The Photographer’s Gallery, The Turner Contemporary, The Royal Palaces, National Trust and the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London.
Sharp Shots Photo Club is the only approved Duke of Edinburgh’s Award photography skills provider and offers an online Duke of Edinburgh’s Award photography course that any teen in the UK can participate in for their Skills section.
We are both really looking to forward to teaching and inspiring the young photographers of the future.
