The Annual General Meeting of the RPS Contemporary Special Interest Group was held on Monday 23rd March, with 22 members present.

Key changes of note are that Tom Owens has resigned the role of chair of the group and also resigned his role leading the East Anglia activity group. Tom is leaving the RPS.
Sean Goodhart ARPS, who has been the Group Communications Officer/Webmaster for approaching 10 years, was elected as the new chair of the Contemporary SIG.
Steven Whittaker ARPS, who was co-opted as Group Secretary earlier this year, was formally voted into the role. Likewise Donata Rogozik who was co-opted as Group Engagement & Events Officer during 2025 was formally voted into the role. We are also extremely grateful to Adrian Hough ARPS for offering to shadow our current Group Finance Officer (Alan Cameron) who will be retiring from the role at the end of this year.
We're hoping someone in the East Anglia area will be willing to take on Tom's role as coordinator of that group. Please get in touch - see email on this web page.
