We all got together on Zoom on the Friday night for a meet up and talk by Melanie Chalk on flower photography. Melanie came up with a range of techniques for us to think about and got our creative juices flowing, so we were full of ideas when we arrived at the beautiful castle and gardens. Some participants spent a lot of the time in the walled garden protected from the brisk breeze, while others wandered on the woodland walks, around the pond, and on the loch side.
The little café in the grounds set us up a table decorated with flowers for a very pleasant lunch, so we didn’t even need to make sandwiches.
We are planning a long exposure day at the seaside in the autumn, and also looking to arrange a Photoforum, and in response to suggestions last Sunday a possible street photography walk. If you would like to be kept up to date with what we are planning please contact
