We would like to give you the chance to be featured on our social platforms and website to celebrate World Photography Day 2024.
The 2024 theme is 'An Entire Day' to capture as many different aspect of what happens around the world in one day.
We have two great opportunities to get involved, find out more below:
Social Media:
We want to share your photography on this year's theme on our Social media channels throughout the week. Images sent in to imagesubmission@rps.org will be chosen in advance to feature on our social media
You can also use the hashtag #WPD24 when you post on social media throughout the week to have the chance to be reposted the RPS social media stories.
Website:
We will also be putting together a special feature on the RPS website, showcasing photography and special World Photography week activities. Submit images to us in advance for your chance to be showcased.
How to be featured:
If you would like the chance to be featured please submit the following to imagesubmission@rps.org
- No more than 3 images: All images must be jpegs, no larger than 1000 pixels on the longest side and maximum of 10mb.
- Artist and/or project statement: No longer than 150 words.
- Instagram and/or website: No private instagram accounts. Only include if you would like it tagged in the post.
Submissions close Friday 16 August at midnight GMT.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Can the RPS use the image/s submitted to promote the RPS outside of this competition? Please state YES or NO when submitting
2. There is no restriction on process, or technique. All subjects and approaches are eligible
3. There is no time restriction set on when photographs were taken.
4. Files must be no more than 10MB in size
5. Entry will close for shortlisting on Thursday 16 Aug 2024, 23:59 BST
6. The intellectual property of all entries remains with the photographer
7. Images entered must not infringe any copyright or the intellectual property rights of any third party
8. The entrant will indemnify The RPS in respect of any third-party claims
9. The photographer will always be credited for their image
