ACTIONS AND RESULTS AFTER SELECTION DAYS
The exhibition is in Espacio Gallery Bethnal Green Road E2 7DG (at top end of Brick Lane) from Thursday 9th to Tuesday 14th April 2026. Open Evening Thursday 9th 6.30 to 9pm.
- Paying your £10.00 donation
Because of increasing costs of gallery hire and other costs associated with the exhibition, we are requesting a £10.00 donation from everyone who has a print and digital image in the members’ exhibition. To pay, please use https://events.rps.org/en/zzz-me26-5a2NN2B1CGv/overview

- Printing and Mounting
As this is a print exhibition, we think that producing your own print is part of the process. It gives you your choice of paper type, and the size and positioning of the image in the mount. We use Nielsen standard 50x40cm frames (or 40x50cm for portrait – no square frames) which need the image to be mounted in a 50x40cm window mount – with a mount colour of white or similar. More details are available here.
If you have problems with printing and mounting, we can do it for you using standard semi-gloss paper and white mounts with no special sizing or positioning. Last year the actual costs for this were £15 each and we expect it to be similar (+/-£1 or so). If you want us to do this, please email Judy londonro2@rps.org
- Options for Delivery
We use an exhibition designer to produce the hanging plans for our members exhibition. Taking the members’ prints and other images displayed, there are well over 100 frames and some larger panels for the exhibition.
To facilitate our designers work, we need to have all mounted prints by mid-March, and the latest date is Wednesday 18th March.
So, we are proposing the following arrangements.
- Deliver to one of our three monthly local meetings or Bookworms.
- Deliver to my home address – mail / courier or in person (by arrangement)
SE London – 1st Mondays - 2nd February and 2nd March for 7pm in The Daylight Inn, Petts Wood BR5 1LZ.
North London – 2nd Mondays - 9th February and 9th March for 7.00pm in The Alwyne Castle Highbury and Islington N1 2LY.
SW London – 2nd Tuesdays - 10th February and 10th March for 7pm in The Coat and Badge Putney SW15 1NL.
Bookworms – 3rd Mondays - 16th February and 16th March for 7.30pm in The Alwyne Castle Highbury and Islington N1 2LY.
I you’re brining along to one of these, please tell us in advance so we can look out for you.
