On Sunday 6 July ten RPS Scotland members from the Northern Area met for a walk to photograph some of the derelict buildings to be found on Dava Moor, to the North of Grantown-on-Spey. This area had been closed to traffic during the week due to significant wildfires, some of which were still smouldering despite some overnight rainfall.
The following are a selection of images taken during the visit. Thanks to Mike Tibbs and Rhona Duggan for doing a reconnoitre of the Moor to identify the best areas to visit, and to Trish Roberts for the administrative arrangements.
