On Saturday 29th November, The Royal Photographic Society Scotland invites you to Annandale Distillery for the official launch of From Land — a landmark year-long project celebrating the people, wildlife, and working landscapes that shape Scotland from the Borders to the Isles.

This special afternoon marks the beginning of an ambitious collaboration that will run throughout 2026, culminating in a major publication and exhibition — a visual record of Scotland’s land, its heritage, and the people who live and work within it.

At Annandale, you’ll be the first to hear how the project came to life, what it aims to achieve, and how you can be involved in creating this nationwide archive. There will be opportunities to meet fellow photographers, ask questions, and discover how your images could become part of Scotland’s photographic story.

Tickets are £30 per person, which includes a distillery tour, behind-the-scenes access, whisky tasting (or driver’s alternative), and refreshments in one of Scotland’s most atmospheric heritage venues.
