Professional photographer John Fox will present a highly informative Night Sky Photography workshop at the famous Herstmonceux Observatory. He will be covering imaging the Milky Way, landscapes by moonlight, painting with light and processing the pictures using Lightroom. In addition there will be a section on shooting time lapse videos of the night sky
Flowers and Photoshop is all about seeing the picture, taking the photo and making the art. Celia Henderson LRPS will guide you through the steps from visualisation to finished image with emphasis on the making of the art and what can be achieved in post processing using Photoshop.
Attending this LRPS only Advisory day will give you the opportunity to discuss your images with current panel members in a professional but friendly atmosphere. Also, everyone will get the chance to see examples of portfolios showing the main reasons why they were successful.
The advisers will be Cathy Roberts FRPS and Roger Ford FRPS EFIAP/g.
A second opportunity to spend a day learning about and photographing a variety of Birds of Prey from around the world, in the morning on perches against a plain background, and in the afternoon in a field nearby flying.
A further opportunity to learn about and photograph a variety of British wildlife including badgers, hedgehogs, red squirrels and polecats. We will have the services of an experienced keeper with access inside the fox, otter and Scottish wildcat enclosures, getting within a few feet and avoiding fences. Refreshments and a light buffet lunch are included.
