RPS House is the home of The Royal Photography Society, based in Paintworks, Bristol. We have a 101-seat auditorium, a boardroom/classroom, events space, and a photography gallery. All of these spaces are available for hire.

Seating can be removed to improve accessibility. All seats have a small movable writing table built in, an ideal space for lectures and talks.
The Education Centre
Hugely flexible space
This room can cater for intimate meetings, boardroom sessions of up to 20 people and even a small auditorium for 40.
AV: 70 inch TV with soundbar. You can project by AirDrop, HDMI, or Blu-Ray player.
Located on our second floor with access to toilets, a kitchen and the outside terrace.
This room is very flexible in function so please contact us to discuss individual needs.
The Resource Centre
If you are interested in learning more about the history of the RPS, or more generally about historical and contemporary photography, our Resource Centre is open by appointment to researchers, students and the public.
