Romesh, a past president of the Photographic Society of Sri Lanka and serves as the RPS Chapter Organizer, dabbled in photography as a young boy in the early seventies with a Kodak pocket Instamatic which used 110 film. He took a firm interest in photography about 15 years ago moving in to the modern DSLR era, but his heart never left the black & white film epoch. Now he makes his B&W pictures using film and digital mediums, using a variety of sizes such as 35mm, medium and large format. He also has a keen interest in dark room developing and manual printing.
