Christmas Show & Tell

Because we remain unable to gather for a proper Christmas Party again this year, the committee would like to invite you to a virtual 'Show & Tell' gathering on Sunday 12 December 2021.

Select and submit up to four favourite images to be viewed by everyone else attending while you tell the story behind the image and answer any questions arising.

In order to show images you must be a member of the RPS Western Region, although we will continue to welcome non-members as part of the viewing audience.

Participants to send maximum 4 photos and will be given 5 minutes maximum to inform the audience about their images.  If someone does not want to speak but only show a series of photos their images will be presented by a committee member.

Size and Resolution: minimum 1200 pixels on the longest side, maximum 2000; 72/92 PPI.

We guarantee that every image submitted will be shown either on this day or, if the number of images sent in is simply too many to fit into one event, on a follow-up occasion to be held in January 2022.

Please start thinking about which images you'd like to show and titles for them if you don't already have one. 

Size your image to a maximum 1200 pixels on the longer side and send it with your title to westernweb@rps.org 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND IMAGES TO THE WESTERN REGION GENERAL ADDRESS

If you simply wish to view images but not submit one you will be just as welcome.

In either case, to join the event you will have to register through the Booking Online button above. Register before midnight on Thursday 9 December.

YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION WILL HAVE A PDF DOCUMENT ATTACHED CONTAINING A LINK TO THE EVENT AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO JOIN THE MEETING. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION PLEASE CHECK SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS BEFORE EMAILING western@rps.org.

Non-members wishing to participate must register a no-fee account with the RPS to obtain tickets.
