Showcase - Kevin Wailes LRPS
I've had an interest in photography from when I was a teenager and with the dawning of the digital era I'd had a few different cameras but the interest became a bit of an obsession when I was given my first DSLR (a Nikon D40). My passion is photographing nature in all it's forms be it bugs, birds or landscapes. I also dabble in macro photography. I find it fascinating what you can see when you take a close look at the world.
More recently I’ve developed an interest in church architecture and stained glass and as a retirement project I decided to try and visit as many Suffolk churches as I can to photograph the stained glass and I’ve been to just under 200 so far from a total of 500 or so.
