Definition of Nature
All images must convey the truth of what the author saw at the time of taking. Any manipulation must be confined to exposure adjustments and the removal of minor blemishes or distractions. The final image must have been produced from a single negative, transparency or digital recording and must not be a combination of images. The only exception is focus stacking.
Captive Animals
Images taken of subjects permanently kept in captivity (so this would include zoos!!) are not allowed. All photography of subjects temporarily taken in to captivity must be done with the subjects’ welfare a
priority, and such subjects must be returned to their habitat as soon as possible after the photography has completed.

Please use the entry system if at all possible. Your digital entries can be uploaded via this entry website.
If you cannot use the online entry system, then you can complete the manual entry form. The form is printed in the Winter edition of The IRIS or can be downloaded using the links below: You should then
Send your entry electronically to the exhibition secretary (rpsngexsec@btinternet.com). This can be email or a method such as WeTransfer or Dropbox.
OR
Send the completed form with a DVD/CD or USB Stick to the Exhibition Secretary. Details of format, address etc can be seen on the entry form.
Pages 2 and 3 - Entrant and Image details
The closing date for the 2022 exhibition is February 20th 2022. Please ensure you have uploaded your images or sent your manual entry to the exhibition secretary no later than this date.
There is no entry fee for the 2022 Exhibition.
