Enter The Great Analogue Weekend and Group Exhibition

Entries to the Analogue Group Exhibition and the Great Analogue Weekend are open!

Over the August Bank Holiday weekend, Royal Photographic Society members across the world were encouraged to dust off their analogue cameras and take part in The Great Analogue Weekend. Running from Saturday 26th to Monday 28th August, photographers - amateur and seasoned alike - were encouraged to return to traditional image-making (or to try it out for the first time!) and capture a roll of 35mm film in any way they liked. Whether you have since developed your roll by hand or chosen any number of popular high-street retailers to process the images, it’s now time to upload the results!

Entrants are directed to choose their three favourite images from the film and upload them to the dedicated link here before the end of October. The link gives everybody involved the opportunity to share their results with others and to be in with a chance to have their photo included in the Annual Analogue Group Exhibition, one lucky winner will also win their own analogue camera!

Analogue Group members will also have an additional opportunity to share their work with entries to the 2024 Annual Analogue Exhibition now open. Members may enter up to three prints into the exhibition, which will run at the Hesletine Gallery in Middleton Cheney from 13th-25th January. All entrants must use the Exhibition Print Entry Form to enter the exhibition before 18th November.  All prints entered must be the result of analogue photography and be pre-mounted ready for sending before the 30th November deadline. Read all the entry details, find the entry form and all other details regarding the exhibition at the event page here.
