Analogue Group Exhibitions, AGM and Monthly Challenges

2024 brings a slew of events and opportunities for Analogue Members

The Analogue Group are kicking off 2024 with a host of events and opportunities. The annual Analogue Group Exhibition, AGM and a new opportunity for members to share their images in monthly challenges.

The annual Analogue Group Exhibition opens at The Heseltine Gallery in Middleton Cheney on Saturday 13th January. Members and non-members alike are welcome to join the open day event from noon, with refreshments and ninety photographic works on display, including special exhibition prints from Carles Mitjà FRPS and Documentary Photographer of the year David Collyer FRPS. Also taking place on Saturday is the Analogue Group AGM, scheduled for 13:00 at The Heseltine Gallery, for approximately 30 minutes, allowing members to take part in Analogue Group decisions and committee elections. If you’re unable to make the AGM, but still wish to take part, you can do so by using the online form here.

Inspired by the success of last summer’s Great RPS Analogue Weekend, the Analogue Group is starting a monthly challenge for members to share new analogue images based on a monthly theme. The first challenge begins this month with the theme Still Life. Members are invited to send in their images (3 max), and at the end of each month, there will be a Zoom session to discuss the images. Images can be shared at the link here. Upcoming themes include Natural Light Portraits, Automobiles and Slow Shutter Speeds.
