In this workshop IPE 165 Exhibitor Chantel King will show you ways to build an affordable home studio as well as covering what software to use, basic light equipment and how to use it and two basic light set up’s for your home studio.

This exhibition asks photographers to respond to a statement – “who dared to dream” – and seeks to bring together a variety of different photography styles and approaches from photographers at all levels of photographic practice.
It aims to celebrate contemporary female-identifying photographers including trans, queer and non-binary people including those from a diverse ethnic and underrepresented background who have used photography to effect change.
The statement is taken from an interview with Joy Gregory HonFRPS about her new book Shining Lights (MACK, 2024).
