Annual General Meeting and President's Address

The AGM of the Royal Photographic Society 2020 will be held on 26 September 2020 at 1000 GMT. All members are welcome to join us.

To attend, members must register in advance so that we can verify their membership. Registration will only be possible from midday on 14 September, until midday on 21 September.

In light of the continued uncertainty brought about by the Coronavirus pandemic, and following guidance issued by the Charity Commission, the meeting will be held by videoconference. We also hope that by holding the meeting online we will be able to welcome more members from around the world to join us.

Attending the videoconference meeting

The meeting will be conducted using the Zoom platform. Attendees will need to install and configure the software before the meeting. It is vital that your screen name matches the name given in your membership, otherwise we will be unable to admit you. For guidance, please visit this page.
