The Zines Project Update
On October 26th, there is a follow up review and Q and A session with Tim. We will be encouraging project participants to submit a PDF file, showing their zine, for Tim to review on the evening. Depending on numbers we may need to restrict the reviews to 25 zines.
What if you are not signed up for the project but perhaps you are interested in finding out more about zines? You are welcome to join the talks, both events are available for booking now (click on the links above).
For project participants, I am organising a zine swap which is a fun way to start or expand your own collection of zines. Details were emailed out on July 20th, so if you wish to take part and haven’t received details please contact me. The deadline for the zine swap registration is October 31st. The final date for posting your zine is January 15th 2024. Don’t be shy, do sign up!
Finally, thank you everyone who signed up to the zine project, over 75 people. It was great to get such a positive response from members looking to produce their first zine through to more experienced zine fans.
