This event will be dedicated to participants showing their work.  Knowing the talent that we have within the group, we are in for a real treat.  The day will start with Anne Whiteley and her presentation entitled “Seasons: A year in Nature”.

This is what Anne says: - “My presentation will take a seasonal approach and explore the aspects of flora, fauna and intimate landscape which hold such endless fascination for me; often small elements which reveal themselves and convey something to evoke a feeling. I am searching for beauty and adopt a range of photographic approaches which have perhaps more of an interpretative rather than a literal approach. My passion for photography comes from a desire to be out of doors preferably in the quiet places of the countryside and woodland where there are few people. I enjoy the calm of solitude and being immersed in the sounds and feelings nature can evoke.  I have dabbled with video and the combination of video and stills to make several very short nature films. It's because I enjoy the sounds and movement which can help to evoke the sense of place, season and say something about the flora and fauna”.

Tickets for this event will be available via RPS website but cash payments at the door will also be possible.  Cost £5.00.
