3.  Minutes of the previous AGM.

     3a) Report on actions from previous AGM.

     3b) Vote to accept minutes.

4.  Annual Report of the Region’s activities for 2025.

     4a) Vote to accept RO’s report.

5.  Financial Report of the Region for 2025.

     5a) Vote to accept financial report.

6.  Plan for Region’s activities in 2026.

     6a) Discussion of plan for 2026 including Region’s Volunteer Team.

7.  General Q&A Session.

8.  Date of next AGM – Monday 25th January 2027.

NOTES:  The meeting will be followed by a presentation by Colin Clarke ARPS about his life as a professional cameraman and his book "The Cameraman's Cut".

The meeting is being held in the Library's gallery where the Annual Exhibition by The RPS London- CafeArt Photography Mentoring Group (for people suffering the effects of homelessness) is being shown,

Our Annual members Exhibition for 2026 is now over, but our 2025 Photography Project Exhibition: "Water in London - a photographer's eye view" is on the railings outside Southwark Cathedral until 17th May. Details here.

We have just launched our 2026 Photography Project - "EVERYDAY LIFE IN LONDON - CULTURE AND COMMUNITIES" which runs until 13th September.  Details here and sign up for more information.

All of our regular local monthly meetings are being held in-person on the usual dates: SE London (1st Tuesday - Chiselhurst), North London (2nd Monday - Islington) and SW London (2nd Tuesday - Putney) We have introduced a London Zoom (online only) (alternating 1st Wednesday / 1st Thursday) for those who cannot easily reach the three regular locations.

Bookworms is in-person only and is now 3rd Mondays (Islington).
